Nox is a Windows automation toolkit. We only collect what's needed to run your account, the marketplace, and the leaderboard. We don't sell your data, we don't track you across the web, and we don't collect anything beyond what's listed below. By downloading, installing, or using Nox you agree to everything on this page — if you don't agree, don't use it.
You must be old enough to form a binding agreement where you live (and at least 13) to use Nox. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. One person, one account — don't share, sell, or transfer accounts.

That's the complete list. We don't collect anything else, and we don't sell, rent, or share any of it with advertisers or data brokers.
When you like a macro on the marketplace, we create our own record so the like is counted correctly and shown to the macro's owner. Each like stores:
Macros you publish, and their likes, are visible to other users. Don't upload anything you don't have the right to share or anything malicious.
Sign-in and passwords are handled entirely by Clerk, our authentication provider. Nox never stores your raw password. Because you log in through Clerk, your credentials live in Clerk's systems — we don't keep a separate copy. Clerk's own privacy terms apply to that data.
If you use Nox without an account, we do not collect your email or any personal identity info. What we see is your hwid (a hashed hardware id), your Windows device / user name (for example Logan, whatever your PC account is called), and basic activity stats — presses, seconds alive, likes, the tampered flag, last seen, created/updated timestamps, and rank.
An hwid is just an opaque device fingerprint — it can't be used to contact you or access anything on your machine, it only lets us tell devices apart and stop abuse. The device name is simply whatever your Windows account is called; if it happens to be your real name, that's set by your PC, not something we ask for. We don't use it to identify or contact you.
All purchases are processed by Stripe through Stripe-hosted checkout links. You enter your card details on Stripe's pages, not ours.
We never see, store, or have the ability to access your card number, billing address, or any other payment details — that information goes straight to Stripe and stays with Stripe. The only thing Nox receives back is the purchase id for the transaction, which we use to unlock what you bought. Nothing else.
Stripe's own terms and privacy policy govern how they handle your payment information.
All purchases are final. No refunds, no chargebacks, no money back. When you buy, you've bought it. Digital goods and access are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, so we do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any reason — including change of mind, accidental purchase, or loss of access due to a ban for breaking these terms.
Filing a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute after receiving what you paid for is a breach of these terms and will result in immediate, permanent termination of your account and a device (HWID) ban.
Nox may show ads only when you choose to watch one — for example, an optional "watch an ad" reward you opt into. We never show ads you didn't agree to, and an ad is shown for that single purpose and nothing more. We don't use ad systems to track you across other apps or sites, and we don't hand your account data to advertisers.
Third-party ad providers may collect limited technical data needed to serve and count the ad (under their own policies). That's the extent of it — nothing more, nothing less.
Nox checks its own integrity. Don't modify, patch, reverse-engineer, crack, inject into, repackage, or redistribute the app; don't fake stats, spoof your hwid, run modified builds, or try to unlock paid features without paying.
If you tamper with Nox, cheat the leaderboard, or try to bypass payments or bans, your account and your device will be HWID banned. The tampered flag is set automatically when modification is detected. HWID bans are designed to follow the machine, not just the account, and are not reversible. No refunds are given for banned accounts (see section 8).

We don't read your files, keystrokes outside of macros you set up, browsing history, or any personal information beyond what's listed above. We have no interest in it and don't collect it.
Nox is provided "as is" and "as available," with no warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. You use Nox at your own risk.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost data, lost profits, account bans, or any losses arising from your use of (or inability to use) Nox. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
We may suspend or permanently terminate your account or device access at any time if you break these terms — including tampering, cheating, abuse, fraudulent chargebacks, or misuse of the marketplace. Terminated and banned accounts are not eligible for refunds.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows the current version. Continuing to use Nox after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Want your account and data deleted? Reach out at war.devx@gmail.com and we'll remove it. Note that deleting your account does not entitle you to a refund of any past purchase.
